Tyre Nichols Funeral Held With Vice President Kamala Harris In Attendence
Police brutality victim Tyre Nichols was laid to rest on Feb. 1, 2023. His friends and family were accompanied by Rev. Al Sharpton, Benjamin Crump and Vice President Kamala Harris. The tragic loss comes shortly after the footage of Tyre’s traffic stop by Memphis Police officers. The traffic stop turned deadly when officers became to beat, pepper spray and taze Nichols. 5 of the officers have been charged with criminal charges with a 6th officer recently being let go by the police force as well. Three EMT service workers have been let go as well.
Pamela Anderson Accuses Tim Allen Of Flashing Her On The Set Of Home Improvement In Her New Memoir
Pamela Anderson has released her new memoir “Pamela” and has stirred up controversy for her former co-star Tim Allen. Pam alleges the Santa Clause star flashed her while wearing a robe on their first week of work. Allen has repeatedly denied the allegations. Pamela has come out to say she has no ill will towards Tim Allen and she is not looking for him to be cancelled.
R Kelly Criminal Charges Dropped In Chicago
R Kelly is set to serve decades for federal charges for various sex crimes. The Cook County State’s Attorney office in Illinois has decided to drop charges against the singer in an effort to save tax payer time and money by avoiding an expensive jury trial. The decision makes sense from a fiscal standpoint but leaves me wondering how his victims in that area feel about not having their day in court.
